Spearheads the design, planning, and execution of new stores, remodels and special projects across US and Canada.
Conceived and translated a new store design concept, yielding a 50% savings. Orchestrated the implementation of the new design to 12 projects simultaneously over a six-month period. Oversaw the company’s largest US expansion – 20 in 2020, compared to 5-8 per year previously. Currently, manages 15-20+ projects simultaneously.
Collaborates with the construction team to coordinate innovative value engineering initiatives, sourcing new vendors, and re-engineering the supply chain to achieve a 40% savings in procuring signage and FFE.
Produces and manages conceptual design development, site-specific test fit plans(in AutoCad), and design intent packets that respond to budget, market requirements, and brand identity, with internal and external input, through external architects and creative designers.
Manages the production of the IFB and IFC documents, MEP drawings, DOB permitting process, construction administration, and project schedules. Reviews construction drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, landlord work letters, and lease documents to ensure compliance with brand identity, budget, and project requirements.

Conceived, implemented, and translated new concept designs, brand standards, and cost control initiatives within Foot Locker and its subsidiaries.
Contributed to the design and implementation of Foot Locker’s new Power Store concept, which responded to changing retail environment and evolving consumer’s needs.
Established store design prototypes and design libraries for new design initiatives to ensure compliance with brand identity, budget, and design intent.
Reviewed construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and fixture drawings to ensure design translation of new initiatives and budget compliance.
Pioneered the in-house use of 3D modeling and renderings, yielding an annual savings of over $80,000. Produced over 200 renderings used in design presentations for leadership. Led internal teaching seminars to 12 project managers to facilitate 3D modeling within the department.

Refashioned Dr. Martens global store design to create a streamlined aesthetic that celebrated the brand identity. Created schematic design drawings, layouts, and the architectural design prototype for the new concept.
Drove the planning, design development, design translation, and construction administration of 8 Dr. Martens stores simultaneously over a six-month period.
Managed the production of architectural and MEP construction drawings by external vendors; reviewed construction and shop drawings; and procured new vendors, materials, and fixtures to ensure compliance with brand identity, project schedule, and budget.
Conceived and implemented the design branding and documentation for new residential real estate developments throughout New York. This work was inclusive of designing unique spaces that resonated with the brand identity and adhered to approved budgets.
